How do I redeem my rewards points?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products, meaning, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the products (except for full line Kits/Bundles and sale items)  We also accept one exchange of product within 60 days of the order being received 

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.
